3. Reservations & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability, rate conditions, cancellation policies and confirmation by LHAG.

LHAG reserves the right to refuse, modify or cancel reservations in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, policy violations or force majeure circumstances.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize LHAG to charge the applicable amount associated with your reservation or purchase.

5. Cancellation & Modification Policies

Certain promotional or peak season reservations may be non-refundable.

All content across LHAG platforms — including logos, photography, editorial content, brand language and digital assets — remain the intellectual property of Little Hoi An Group unless otherwise stated.

Information collected through our platforms may include reservation details, preferences, travel information and usage analytics.

Such information is used to improve guest experiences, personalise services and maintain operational security.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain services or experiences may involve third-party providers, including transportation, payment gateways, wellness partners or external booking platforms.

10. Force Majeure

LHAG shall not be liable for interruptions or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LHAG shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or interruption of travel plans.
