Serve guests in the restaurant, support table and event set-up, introduce menu items and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver a polished dining experience.
Perform wellness treatments, prepare therapy rooms and recommend suitable services in line with the hotel's calm, refined spa standards.
Support content, visual assets, communication campaigns and brand promotion activities for the Little Hoi An Group system.
Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, provide stay information and record guest requests with a professional, warm manner.
